MER1 with a point synonymous mutation

MER1 to produce Mer1 protein. The design of point synonymous mutation at 570(A-G)is to clear the cleave region of XbaI. Control the spliced/unspliced form of Mer2 intron by regulating the presence of Mer1 protein.
